DAY 0 :
Meet and greet by the TM Tours & Travel staff at KL Sentral. At 11:30 PM, depart by coach for Pasir Gudang Ferry Terminal to begin your journey.
DAY 1 : (L/D)
Upon arrival at Pasir Gudang Ferry Terminal, proceed for check-in before departing by ferry to Batam. Upon arrival at Batam International Ferry Terminal, meet with the local team and proceed for a photostop at Welcome to Batam. Continue to visit Batam Grand Mosque / Engku Hamidah. Next, visit Coffee Fahrenheit to experience the coffee-making process from coffee beans. After that, proceed for a photostop at Cheng Ho Mosque, a mosque featuring unique Chinese-style architecture. Enjoy lunch before continuing to Blue Fire Pink Sand, where participants will receive a voucher worth IDR 50,000 per person that can be redeemed for a drink (purchases at the café will be at personal expense). Finally, enjoy dinner before transferring to the hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.
DAY 2 : (B/L/D)
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and transfer to Punggur Domestic Port for a speed boat ride to Tanjung Uban, Bintan. Upon arrival, proceed for a photostop at Desert and Blue Lake Bintan, a scenic attraction known for its unique landscape. Continue the journey to Tanjung Pinang before taking a traditional wooden boat (pompong) to Penyengat Island. Explore the island by motorized rickshaw and visit the historic Sultan Riau Grand Mosque, famously built using egg whites. Continue to the graves of Raja Ali Haji and Engku Hamidah, then visit the traditional hall, where you may try on traditional Riau Island attire (cost will be at personal expense). Finally, enjoy the local culinary specialties of Penyengat Island before returning to the hotel for check-in and an overnight stay.
DAY 3 : (B/L/D)
Return trip to Pinang and cross to Batam using the ferry. Upon arrival, transfer back to the hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, proceed for a photostop at Barelang Bridge, one of Batam’s iconic landmarks. Continue to Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah Mosque, the largest mosque on the island of Sumatra and the Riau Islands. Next, visit the Halal Layers Cake Shop before proceeding for a photostop at Tanjak Mosque, a unique mosque designed in the shape of a traditional Malay Tanjak head covering. Continue shopping at Batamia, the biggest souvenir shop in Batam. After that, visit the Chinatown area to shop for local products such as keropok, perfumes, and original branded items. Finally, enjoy free time at DC Mall before returning to the hotel.
DAY 4: (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy the hotel facilities and free time until check-out time. Then, transfer to Batam International Ferry Terminal for your return journey. Upon arrival at Pasir Gudang Ferry Terminal, the tour ends.

DEPOSIT & TOUR PAYMENTS

- Deposit (RM100) paid is non-refundable after booking is made.
- Any change of date is subject to current package price.
- Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.
- High season surcharges will be advised when applicable.
- Full payment must be received at least 90 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations must be made in writing/email to TM Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd.
- Refund process takes 21–31 working days from the date email is received with complete details.
- Refunds are strictly subject to airlines & ground operators’ approval.
- Full refunds will only be considered in the event of death, subject to relevant documentation.
