DAY 1: :ARRIVE AT BATAM CITY TOUR ( L / D )
Meet on arrival at Harbour Bay Terminal and proceed for Batam City Tour including Welcome to Batam Monument, Alun-Alun Batam, Raja Ali Haji Museum, Vihara Duta Maitreya, Miniature Indonesia Park and Cheng Ho Mosque. After lunch and shopping tour, continue to Barelang Bridge for a photostop. Dinner will be served at Barelang Floating Restaurant. After dinner, transfer to the hotel for check-in.
DAY 2: DEPARTURE FROM BATAM (B)
After breakfast at the hotel, meet at the hotel lobby at 09:00 hrs and proceed for a tour to Batam Hit Café (including 1 complimentary drink), Golden Bridge and Glass House. Enjoy free and easy time before transfer to the ferry terminal for your departure. End of Tour.

DEPOSIT & TOUR PAYMENTS

- Deposit (RM100) paid is non-refundable after booking is made.
- Any change of date is subject to current package price.
- Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.
- High season surcharges will be advised when applicable.
- Full payment must be received at least 90 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations must be made in writing/email to TM Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd.
- Refund process takes 21–31 working days from the date email is received with complete details.
- Refunds are strictly subject to airlines & ground operators’ approval.
- Full refunds will only be considered in the event of death, subject to relevant documentation
