Pick up at Batam Ferry Terminal or hotel and meet & greet by the local guide. Begin the tour with a visit to the iconic Barelang Bridge, followed by a seafood lunch at a floating restaurant. Continue to the Welcome to Batam landmark, Mesjid Raya Batam, and Alun-Alun Garden. Visit the impressive Maiterya Temple, one of the largest Buddhist temples in Southeast Asia, before proceeding to Golden Coast Bay, Glass House, and Cheng Ho Mosque. Enjoy some shopping time at local souvenir, batik, and polo outlets before transferring back to the ferry terminal or hotel. End of tour.

DEPOSIT & TOUR PAYMENTS

- Reservation will be confirmed upon acknowledgment from customer.
- Hotel confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Deposit (RM100) paid is non-refundable after booking is made.
- Any change of date is subject to current package price.
- Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.
- High season surcharges will be advised when applicable.
- Full payment must be received at least 90 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations must be made in writing/email to TM Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd.
- Refund process takes 21–31 working days from the date email is received with complete details.
- Refunds are strictly subject to airlines & ground operators’ approval.
- Full refunds will only be considered in the event of death, subject to relevant documentation
