• All promotional packages are non-refundable and non-reroutable. Any changes for FIT tours will be subject to normal tour package rates.
• No refund will be given for Covid-19 positive cases.

• Reservation will be confirmed upon acknowledgment from customer.
• Hotel confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Deposit (RM100) paid is non-refundable after booking is made.
• Any change of date is subject to current package price.
• Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.
• High season surcharges will be advised when applicable.
• Full payment must be received at least 90 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

• Cancellations must be made in writing/email to TM Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd.
• Refund process takes 21–31 working days from the date email is received with complete details.
• Refunds are strictly subject to airlines & ground operators’ approval.
• Full refunds will only be considered in the event of death, subject to relevant documentation
