- Deposit (RM100) paid is non-refundable after booking is made.
- Any change of date is subject to current package price.
- Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.

- Full payment must be received at least 90 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations must be made in writing/email to TM Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd.
- Refund process takes 21–31 working days from the date email is received with complete details.
- Refunds are strictly subject to airlines & grounad operators’ approval.
- Full refunds will only be considered in the event of death, subject to relevant documentation
