DAY 1:
Setibanya di Batam, bertemu dengan pasukan di Batam International Ferry Terminal. Lawatan diteruskan dengan photostop di Welcome to Batam dan Masjid Agung Batam / Engku Hamidah. Seterusnya, mengunjungi Coffee Fahrenheit untuk melihat proses pembuatan kopi daripada biji kopi. Kemudian, photostop di Masjid Cheng Ho, sebuah masjid yang mempunyai seni bina bercirikan Muslim Tionghoa. Lawatan diteruskan ke Blue Fire Pink Sand untuk menikmati pemandangan matahari terbenam, di mana setiap peserta akan menerima baucar sebanyak IDR 50,000 seorang yang boleh ditebus untuk minuman (pembelian di kafe adalah atas perbelanjaan sendiri). Selepas itu, daftar masuk hotel.
DAY 2:
Sarapan pagi di hotel. Lawatan diteruskan dengan photostop di Jambatan Barelang. Seterusnya, photostop di Masjid Sultan Mahmud Riayat Syah, masjid terbesar di Pulau Sumatera dan Kepulauan Riau. Kemudian, mengunjungi kedai kek lapis halal. Seterusnya, photostop di Masjid Tanjak, sebuah masjid yang berbentuk seperti Tanjak (penutup kepala tradisional masyarakat Melayu). Lawatan diteruskan ke kedai cenderamata terbesar di Batam iaitu Batamia. Kemudian, mengunjungi kawasan Chinatown untuk membeli keropok, minyak wangi atau barangan berjenama asli. Seterusnya, melawat DC Mall dan masa bebas untuk membeli-belah. Selepas itu, kembali ke hotel.
DAY 3:
Sarapan pagi di hotel. Menikmati kemudahan hotel sehingga waktu daftar keluar. Selepas daftar keluar, lawatan diteruskan ke BCS Mall / Grand Batam Mall untuk masa bebas membeli-belah. Kemudian, transfer ke Batam International Ferry Terminal untuk perjalanan pulang. Tamat lawatan.

DEPOSIT & TOUR PAYMENTS
- All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
- Reservation will be confirmed upon acknowledgment from customer.
- Hotel confirmation is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Deposit (RM100) paid is non-refundable after booking is made.
- Any change of date is subject to current package price.
- Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.
- High season surcharges will be advised when applicable.
- Full payment must be received at least 90 days before departure. Failure to do so may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
CANCELLATION
- Cancellations must be made in writing/email to TM Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd.
- Refund process takes 21–31 working days from the date email is received with complete details.
- Refunds are strictly subject to airlines & ground operators’ approval.
- Full refunds will only be considered in the event of death, subject to relevant documentation
